One Time Clean Up
If you have let your yard go for a season or more, allow us to restore your yard to the way it did when you enjoyed it. Most jobs can be done in one day. Leave for work in the morning and return to a fresh new looking yard. We can even pressure wash your walk paths and your house walls. We can clean your rain gutters and even your you're your windows.
Plant Care
We will trim your plants to reflect the desired look of your yard. Some people enjoy a natural flow from their garden and some enjoy a well manicured look with square hedges and rounded balls. We like to keep your yard looking how you want so you feel relaxed and calm.
Going out of Town?
Water Heater and Electricity
When I go out of town, I like to turn off my water heater and electricity.This saves me a ton on my utility bills. But when I come home my water is cold and my house is also very cold.
We will turn on your water heater and reset your circuit panel for you so you can save more while you are gone and also return to a warm house.
Feed the Dog
If you leave your dog in the yard while you are away, we can feed your canine for you while you are gone.

Things you can do to save money by checking the following:
Have you replaced the bulbs lately?
Is the timer set with the correct time?
Is the power source turned on? Be sure the Transformer is plugged in.
Is the Transformer plugged into a GFI plug outlet? If so, press the test button on the outlet to make sure there has not been a power surge.
Lawn Care
Lawn care includes weekly mowing and edging. We 'mulch mow' as often as possible to replace natural nutrients to the soil. This increases nitrogen availability to your lawn and also reduces green waste. In addition, we fertilize once a month using a commercial quality fertilizer that is weighted in nitrogen and other balanced nutrients. For some lawns we will use a commercial grade weed and feed when necessary to prevent weeds from developing. If you prefer a organic fertilizer for your lawn you can request this and we will apply it for you. (there is a slight cost increase for the organic fertilizers)
